Week 4 Power Rankings: Cupcake Cowboys Fall, Bears Are Still Bad

There’s a little more movement in the Top 10 than we’ve seen in previous weeks, and yet again, the teams just outside the Top 10 can’t really seem to figure out if they’re good or not.

1. Niners – No surprise here, this is the most complete team in the league. Up next: the Cardinals. Despite them coming off an upset of the Cupcakeboyz, I don’t think they’ll be able to channel the same magic this week against an actually good team.

2. Dolphins – Expect the Fins to come back to Earth somewhat this week as they’ll be playing a real NFL team in the Buffalo Bills. This game will have huge implications for the AFC East division race. But for now, an extremely impressive 70 point performance will keep the Dolphins at number 2.

3. Bills – An impressive performance on both sides of the ball allows the Bills to leapfrog the Eagles and land at number 3. The aforementioned matchup with Miami this week is probably the biggest game on the slate.

4. Eagles – The Eagles are the manifestation of consistency, staying at number 4 yet again. They’re doing exactly what they need to do, but I’d like to see them play some real competition. The Commanders may be a bit of an upgrade in competition from the Bucs, but still, I feel they should have no issues in that contest.

5. Chiefs – Have the Chiefs finally got their offense back on track or was their high-scoring affair simply a product of playing the worst team in the league? I feel it’s more of the latter, but it may prove to be a good jumping off point. They’ll face a tough Jets D this week, and that will be a better indicator of where their offense is overall.

6. Cowboys – Lmaooooooooooo

7. Seahawks – I’m a little concerned about the defense after giving up 27 to the Panthers. I imagine they’ll take care of business against a pitiful Giants team Monday night though.

8. Lions – The Lions have shown that they can be effective on both sides of the ball, but if they want to win the division, they’re gonna need to beat the Packers on TNF.

9. Ravens – Unfortunately the Ravens must fall after losing to the Colts. They’ve got a tough matchup against division rival Cleveland this weekend which will put their offense to the test.

10. Chargers – Somehow the Chargers have made it back into the Top 10. I put them ahead of Cincy despite them winning as well, mostly because of Joe Burrow’s health. This is a talented team with a goofball head coach. They’ve got another goof-led team to go against this week in the Raiders. The winner of that game will be whoever is less goofy.

I’m not gonna go into detail about any of the other teams this week, I’ll just let y’all get mad in the comments. Week 4 Picks —> tomorrow.
