While there were a couple of teams shuffling around at the top, most of the big changes happened in the bottom half of the rankings:

Top 10
- Eagles – The defending champs hold onto the top spot with their opening night win against Dallas. Up next: Super Bowl rematch in KC.
- Bills – The Bills slide up into the 2 slot after their comeback win against Baltimore Sunday night. The Jets shouldn’t pose much of a threat this weekend, but Buffalo’s run defense was suspect against Baltimore, and the Jets can run the ball effectively.
- Chiefs – The Chiefs are in serious danger of starting the season 0-2 as they welcome Philadelphia to town this weekend.
- Packers – The Packers should have a tough contest on Thursday night when the Commanders come to visit.
- Ravens – Blowing a 2 score lead is always a bummer. Good news for the Ravens is that they play the Browns this week. Congrats on the win.
- Buccaneers – After coming out on top of a close contest with Atlanta this past weekend, the Bucs will get an extra day of rest as they gear up for a Monday night showdown with the Texans, who looked a little rough around the edges last week.
- Chargers – Starting your season off with a win against the Chiefs is always a good sign. The Chargers also play on Monday night in the second game of the doubleheader against the Raiders.
- Broncos – It wasn’t the prettiest win against the Titans this past weekend, but a win is a win. An intriguing matchup with the Colts looms ahead as we get to see which of these teams will win the Horse Bowl this year.
- Commanders – The Commies took care of business against the G Men in Week 1, but they’ll have their work cut out for them against the Packers on Thursday night.
- Niners – I actually don’t know why the Niners are here. They’re already banged up, probably should be a few slots down, but here they are. And they might even be able to stay here considering they play the Saints this week…
