Week 11…..

So last week wasn’t great, and I don’t really think this week is gonna be much better. Too many ways it can go wrong. Let’s take a look:

We get to kick things off with a real stinker tonight: Jets @ Patriots. What is there to say? The Pats are rolling right now and despite the two-game win streak for New York, they’re absolute booty cheeks. Hopefully the combination of Thursday chaos and the game being in-division will make it watchable. Probably not though.

Commies/Fins in Barcelona – Nobody wants this. I won’t be waking up early to watch, that’s for sure. Fins’ upset of Buffalo last week has me feeling like they’ll fall flat here.

Bengals/Steelers – The Steelers looked sad as hell last week, but the awful Cincy D may be just what the offense needs to get rolling again.

Chargers/Jags – Chargers big win last week + Jags blowing a lead and losing in devastating fashion = Jags win this one. That’s just math.

Bucs/Bills – Somebody is gonna end up on the wrong side of a two-game skid here. I like Buffalo because of home field advantage and less injured than the Bucs.

Bears/Vikings – Giving slight edge to the Vikings here because it just felt right.

Texans/Titans – The Houston defense is gonna be a problem for rookie QB Cam Ward. When they played in Week 4, Tennessee’s offense was completely shut out, gaining only 108 yards receiving and 82 yards rushing.

Panthers/Falcons – We all remember the 30-0 game from earlier this season. I doubt we’ll see a replica of that performance from Carolina, but I still like them in this spot.

Packers/Giants – If this was a Giants team rolling out an offense with Jaxson Dart, Malik Nabers, and Cam Skattebo, I’d be taking them in a heartbeat. And while Jameis Winston will be fun to watch, Tyrone Tracy and Wan’Dale Robinson don’t move the needle for me.

Seahawks/Rams – Absolutely pivotal game for the NFC West race. People are saying Cooper Kupp revenge game. I don’t know, I don’t care. This is must watch TV.

Niners/Cards – The other NFC West matchup. Not nearly as exciting.

Ravens/Browns – It’s not often I would prefer that the Browns win a game. But that would be great for me here personally. I don’t think they’ll actually do it of course, I’m not entirely mental.

Chiefs/Broncos – Another huge game. This time it’s the AFC West. The Chiefs are trying to claw their way back up the standings after a slow start. The Broncos have looked…spotty at times despite their 8-2 record atop the AFCW. A Denver win would go a very long way in crushing the Chiefs’ hopes at winning the division. But if KC wins then it’ll be wide open.

Lions/Eagles – The Lions are playing good football right now. The Eagles seem to sort of just be getting by. Should be a good game, I think the Lions just have a little more to prove here.

Cowboys/Raiders – I think the Cowboys offense is going to put up some crazy numbers in this one.
